Implement model sharing

Perhaps the best initial use-case for Hivemind would be to implement some form of model sharing, such that a person can bring their model online, share its hash/ID with somebody else, and that person can download the parameters from their friends' remote model. This would be a good step in the right direction, without over-committing to Hivemind just yet.
