Unlimited until-build isn't working

Hi,

in 5613168 you tried to make the plugin IDE support open-ended.

But as seen on the plugin page, the version is only compatible until the latest version of 2021.2.*.

This is likely caused by the Gradle plugin defaulting to the latest patch release of the current build target instead of an unspecified until-build.
