Tickets table should remember the selected models and template when navigating

Product issue
Upon reaching the tickets tabular view, the user is shown a form to select the template and the models to select which tickets to show.
Leaving that tab for another one clears that data and the user shall re-fill that form

Goals

• Going back to the tabular view using the provided interface (not navigating back in history) should be show the last tickets
