We should not use asciinema, but mp4 in blog posts

We should use use 3mdeb youtube for videos. Someone should get through all asciinema and convert those to mp4, then upload to 3mdeb youtube.

This should be easy to do with instruction from this issue: asciinema/asciinema-server#189
