At every documentation build, the ordering of projects in the project and storage lists (project_list.rst and storage_flags.rst) appears to be randomised. This creates Git updates/differences that are pointless, and don't represent real change. It may also cause issues where people are trying to compare their current ARE job project list against a documentation list that has changed ordering, but is otherwise identical to what it was previously.
To Reproduce
Do a full documentation rebuild (make clean ; make html ; make html) in any checkout, then observe the git status of project_list.rst and storage_flags.rst.
Additional context
Not urgent, but annoying.
