Weird order of CLI commands in the doc

The current order of commands is shown in this screenshot:

In red, it shows the meorg analysis commands are currently not listed together and have the meorg output commands in between them.

Would it make more sense to group the commands by main command (analysis, output, etc.)?

yes it would make more sense to group the commands , it will look more structured and organised
