[FEAT] Change the URL of the vault

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am always frustrated when I change the location of my vault for one reason or another and I can't change that in the app. I have to logout and lose any data that's not synced yet

Ability to change the server location

using the official bitwarden client

There's no field to edit the location/domain name/IP address

What's your reason for changing the server's location frequently?

I host bitwarden on my laptop, i don't have control over the DHCP server which gives me a random IP address every now and then

using a static IP address doesn't work either because the DHCP server changes the subnet, so eventually my static IP address becomes unreachable.

mDNS could solve the problem. but, although android does support mDNS, the support isn't transparent, apps must explicitly resolve with mDNS
