[BUG] Won't auto sync after resuming from sleep (Windows 10) #821

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Keyguard on Windows 10
Let Windows 10 computer go to sleep
Let Windows 10 computer resuming from sleep
Adding or deleting items on another device's Keyguard
Even after waiting 30 minutes, Keyguard on this computer did not synchronize the changes it had just made

Expected behavior
After about a few minutes, the changes just made are automatically synchronized

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: [Windows 10]
App version [1.8.1]
