I remember when I first got this app and it was super fast to open, much faster than the official bitWarden app. Recently I noticed that every time I try to open it takes a split while for it to actually get me to the screen. I see a spinning Circle for maybe 2 seconds before the UI actually loads, then maybe another second before the items show. I do have three bitwarden accounts logged in at the same time, so I'm not sure if that is the cause of the slowness.
I have a brand new Galaxy s25 running the latest version of keyguard. I already tried removing and reinstalling the app but that didn't help.
I tried recording a video to show what happens but because of the screen protection, half of the video is just a black screen.

Any insights?

An easy test would be to grab the earlier release from GitHub and compare the performance with the latest version. I would expect the performance to be a little bit slower, but not to a point that you can visually notice without knowing (lots of stuff was added). However, the fact that you're seeing the spinning circle for 2 seconds is a bit suspicious. Before showing the unlock screen the app does not load the data from the database, it only reads the needed auth info.

Yes it's weird. I even tried uninstalling and installing the app again, even with no accounts logged in, between opening the app and getting to the fingerprint screen takes at least two seconds sometimes even more on the spinning Circle. I compared it to the stock latest bitwarden app, and that one opens significantly faster less than 1 second.

Could you check how the oldest version behaves?
