This applies whether glance is bound to a mouse button or to a key. You can still change your vertical view, just not your horizontal view.

I have confirmed the existence of this bug. I wonder what the cause is.

I wonder if this bug reported upstream is at all related. Seems suspiciously similar in some regards – while it’s possible for two separate bugs to affect only horizontal aim, I think it’s likelier that they’re different manifestations of the same bug.
