Implement an avatar menu in the topbar for user profile management. This menu should display the user's avatar and, when clicked, show options like "Profile", "Settings", and "Logout". The design should be consistent with the overall UI, and the functionality should ensure smooth user interactions. It should also be responsive for different screen sizes.
