Nico is undergoing a cyber attack

Seems like it's affecting Kadokawa more broadly as well. Someone on SNS is claiming they're performing a DDoS.

Apparently we won't get a further status update until the 10th. I'd say there's probably a good likelihood we might see some changes that could impact downloading when things come back.

It was ransomware that affected Kadokawa's internal cloud. Nico will be offline for at least a month as they rebuild with no guarantee of when/what will come back: https://blog.nicovideo.jp/niconews/225099.html

There's a temporary site up now serving selected videos from 2007. Comments here will be wiped when the rebuilt site goes online, so I may be interested in scraping comments here.
