Dear AngelRuizMoreno,
Excited to see docking in jupyter notebook. Thanks for the wonderful tutorial notebooks. Had issues when running prolif
error as follows:
module 'prolif' has no attribute 'Molecule'

unable to resolve this
If possible can you help it out
