Based on below waring from serverless version 3.19.0, if i update IAM entry like provider.iam.role.statements with Server-plugin-custom-roles the roles are not getting created.

Starting with version 4.0.0, following property will be replaced:
  "provider.iamRoleStatements" -> "provider.iam.role.statements"
