Bug: Game-specific trackers don't include the slot's alias in the title

What happened?

The title of game-specific trackers only display the slot's name, not the alias. For instance :

• This tracker shows my alias : https://archipelago.gg/generic_tracker/c400fQ3LRRietTyfzYdpMg/0/1302
• This tracker doesn't show my alias : https://archipelago.gg/tracker/c400fQ3LRRietTyfzYdpMg/0/1302

Around 2 years ago, Phar reworked the tracker code, but apparently it only applied to the generic tracker. The other calls to render_template should be modified to also use the player's "long name".

What were the expected results?

The title of all trackers should behave the same, unless intended to work differently (each maintainer could be pinged to inquire about their preferences, but I feel like "I don't know, like the generic one I guess" would be the answer in every case).
