Download apm.pdef.xml file even behind a corporate firewall

Description of the bug

It should be able to download the apm.pdef.xml file and the *.lua scripts even behind a corporate firewall/proxy

Steps To Reproduce

In a corporate environment start AMC and create a new vehicle from template. That should use the PROXY environment at some point try to download the apm.pdef.xml file from internet and fail.

The same happens with the lua scripts in the quicktune and magfit configuration steps.

Expected behavior

In a corporate environment it should use the PROXY environment variables to download files from the internet.

Such code already exists in the backend_internet.py file one just needs to use it.

@amilcarlucas I have successfully reproduced the isue locally.

I plan to refactor annotate_params.py to import and use the existing download_file_from_url function from backend_internet.py

I’ll open a PR once it’s working.
