Positions jud, hlp, hld, sea and jur are not working on web (Re-Issue. Bugged again).

All positions on web are currently broken, the respective backgrounds on those positions are non functional and will show as a dark screen.

Witness, defense and prosecution are still normal and continue to function as usual
