mac client: when completing final processing on end, make processing status clear

Sometimes when the mac client closes if it was processing a few streams or larger streams, encoding and sending data to the server can take more time to complete and the client doesn't close right away when you hit "stop". This can look like the client is hung since it shows the loading spinner before closing, we need to show a more user friendly status.
