doc/CHANGELOG.md hasn't been updated for 0.31.0

I'm not sure where to report this, so here it is:

I was wondering what were all the issues Fixed for 0.31.0 and noticed CHANGELOG.md file was not updated.

Would it be possible to update it so we can keep track of what was fixed in this update?

We held off uploading until the Maya 2026 release was out (which it now is :) ). We'll be updating both the 0.31 release highlights as well as the changelog.md soon.

I have updated the v0.31.0 tag with the change. It should be there now.
