Connection > Status displayed for all sites using the Connection package

This issue primarily impacts the WooCommerce plugin right now, but impacts all consumers of the Connection package.

In #41794, we moved the Connection status column code so it loads for all users using the Connection package.

This works well, but it means that the column is now displayed on any site using the Connection package, even if they may not surface an interface to connect the site to WordPress.com.

As an example, the column now appears on sites running the WooCommerce plugin:

I don't think it should appear in this case.
