Add "Inherit Main Query" option for Homepage blocks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am using homepage blocks to populate archive templates using FSE. This is working great for individual terms, but it's not possible to set a default template, since the blocks need to be explicitly configured to pull from a specific taxonomy.

Describe the solution you'd like
Much like the query loop, it would be great to have an option where the query is inherited instead of configured.
