[BUG] Open existing book note does not open

If a book note is already created from the hamburger menu (Open/create book note) and you click again in the hamburger menu on Open/Create book note, nothing happens

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure no existing book note for ebook is generated
2. Open ebook (epub in this example)
3. Click on hamburger menu
4. Click on "Open/Create book note"
5. A new book note is created and opened in seperated tab
6. Close book note
7. Click on hamburger menu in open ebook
8. Click on "Open/Create book note" again

Expected result:
If clicking on "Open/Create book note" it will open the book note. If no book note exists a new one will be created. If a book note already exists then that one will be opened.
