Pressing Left/Right Arrows in Note doc changes page in eBook

If I have the note page and eBook side-by-side and press Left or Right in my notes to move around, the eBook changes pages, even if the eBook tab doesn't have focus.

In my fork here I hacked around a simple solution. I patched the viewer so that the event handler are not attached. It's an ugly but fast hack that allows me to use this plugin with a note next to it so that I can work on it and use the arrow keys.

If I had more time I would delve into the packages that this plug-in wraps and come up with a more elegant fix that I would PR.
