Determine how to host interactive content

I tried out JupyterLite here: https://github.com/OSOceanAcoustics/BOAT_Acoustics_jupyterlite_xeus
Currently there are still quite a few quirks that may catch users off guard. 
The codespace may be a better bet -- I will next experiment with it.

A full blown Hub is probably still the most convenient solution during a workshop.
