Most jobs not considered in AS GUI for performance

Hello,
I've noticed several times that most of the jobs are not considered when computing the performance metrics, making them less useful

For example, for experiment with expid a1xr, see:

There is a problem with the job information and possibly log retrieval in this experiment. Running and queuing times are 0 for most of the SIMs. I think that's why the GUI is filtering them out:

When a log is not retrieved, the DB entry could not be added as well. It should be fixed on 4.1.12
