Runtime value set to 0 for the first chunks of SIM jobs

Hi!

The Autosubmit GUI for ClimateDT shows the value of runtime set to 0 for the first chunks of the SIM jobs in the Performance section. Therefore, being not considered. I would like to ask the source of this behavior. I didn't select this issue as a bug because I don't know if there is an error.

We viewed this issue in today's AS meeting, Pablo, but we haven't a clue what's happening yet. One of us will have to take a closer look at it later (you can view the activity here -- or ping us if needed).

Just a heads-up: the original experiment, a2i6, is no longer available. A potential one we could look at is o00q, but it’s too big,the GUI doesn’t load the performance metrics.

I think Erick wanted to ask you whether you see zero runtime in Slurm (sacct -j $JOBID --format Elapsed) or in the hpc portal (case it is in MareNostrum). Because if Slurm has registered a zero, there is nothing that we can do.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. For instance, I checked the experiment a2ri, and it seems that in some cases, the job history doesn’t even store the job ID, there’s no information at all. Do you know what could be happening in those cases?

A similar case occurs in experiment a2wd: most of the chunks do not have performance metrics, and if you go to the tree view and check the job history, you’ll see that the chunks have neither a date nor a job ID.
