Package container

I added an environment.yaml file to the package’s root directory so that the package and all its dependencies can easily be installed and used with a conda environment. I modified the ‘Installation’ section in the README explaining this. (all in the develop branch)

As we are still developing the package, and most dependencies are Python packages, I believe this is the easiest way to install/uninstall the package repeatedly. In the future, once the package is more complete, I plan on creating a container for the package and its dependencies to ensure reproducibility.
