When downloading the 4.0.0-rc1 installer for Windows, Edge tries to block the download and Win10 tries to block execution of the installer due to being untrusted.

Hey @tymlipari you are right, the application doesn't use any certificate at the moment
This is in my todolist and will be probably fixed once the final version will be released :)
