[Bug]: Many camera locations missing on camera consoles

Describe the bug

When using security camera consoles, no "command" areas appear on the list including the bridge, vault, and head offices, even though the cameras are there and working.

What did you expect?

I expected to be able to view any camera through the camera console

Reproducible steps

1. Look at security camera console
2. Try to view bridge

This is intentional. Only non-secure areas should show on camera consoles as these other areas show only on dedicated camera consoles. The vault is only viewable through the camera consoles dedicated for viewing the vault.

The security camera console is intended to be used by members of security for monitoring the public and areas above their authority are intentionally not shown on it.
