[Bug]: Migration job cannot run with images from private artifactory

What happened?

When using a litellm image from a private artifactory for helm deployment, the migration job fails to run because it uses the same image provided through helm values, but the current template for migration job does not include the imagePullSecrets.

Ask is to add imagePullSecrets to the migration template as well.
