Validation on sender and receiver side

It would be good to check the Peppol agreements with regard to the obligation of sender side and receiver side validation. An obligatory use of validations on both sides would minimize errors and increase reliability. In case there are still deviations there should be mechanism to clear that between eTendering platform providers.
