This should contain signerTlsKey instead of encryptedSignerTlsKey.
handleUpdateLightningWalletCoinSpecific should encrypt signerTlsKey to encryptedSignerTlsKey using wallet passphrase (similar to signerAdminMacaroon -> encryptedSignerAdminMacaroon)
