I honestly can't understand why there is a separate Buttons menu. In my opinion it should be part of the Settings menu, kinda like the Settings > Themes entry.
It would free up more space in the menu for user menus and how often does one really need to create/load buttons. All the other options are also accessible from a button bank as well.
