Reviving DNS Checks for a Cleaner Blocklist

After a long time, DNS checks are finally returning. This will ensure that the blocklist contains only domains that are actually reachable or might still be registered. This change will remove the extra bloat of 'dead' domains—those that may have shown adult content in the past but are no longer available.

DNS checks are back, and after almost two months of reviewing the results, things are looking good. As mentioned in the changelog, we’ll remove the temporary block.txt.dns_ok and start making changes directly to the main blocklist, block.txt.
