Describe the bug
No audits for muting when using spam command.

Steps to reproduce
Spam someone, they will be muted, but you won't have reports stating it.

Expected behavior
To know when any muting occurs or is outdated.

Additional context
The issue is that the audit logic is not with the muting one. This should be adressed or will cause redundant code, if not more errors such as this one.
