Trouble installing on 8.5 #3

I perform the initial install on 8.5 and it says it is installed but I do not see anything added in the Jobs Administration section or under Metrics.

The migrations are still referencing the pre-8.0 attendance tables in CreateDB for GroupId and SundayDate rather than linking to the AttendanceOccurrence tables. So the install is never completing. There may be other issues as well.
