Support for Russian letters and adding time zones

I propose to add support for Russian letters so that you can, for example : create wifi networks with Russian letters,
adding time zones will make it easier to select the time on the device.

Great Idea , BUT with great responsibility comes great contribution.. Ive been waiting for some Russians to contribute in Programming to if if we are lucky... Like Mr Vadim/Vad7 that made the PERFECT NRF24 Sniffer/Authenticator for 0,5-1-2MB/CRC/ESB traffic and the legandary mouse jacker for Flipper..... Would be great with some Smooth Russians to on board this GREAT WORLDWIDE WATER of Bruce..! =)

RUSSIAN Hax0rs.... Where are you at...`? =) All RU 31337 please holla at your brotha.... We need a Russian to help us integrate Russian language into Bruce as i understand that It may not be possible to use all functions in RU without the RU language...
