Pre-filled

  • Contacted Robert @wolstaeb for the update on unused Ledger ADA addresses to use on four (4) new Fund9 funded proposals. Robert responded and updated 1Password ADA addresses and cc to @Fny-ETH by email as well.

What are the proposals and filled-in estimated completion date?

Where are all responses from Catalyst for the above proposal filled in?

What is the commons information used in filling out in all 4 proposals?

What next? I think @cardanoz @YanTirta please create Excel for Task KPI for each member to pick up tasks/months and @Fny-ETH follow that trace for evidence and payment plan, I believe.

Since ETH already on-board previously, therefore no need to participate in any POL.However, anyone wish to participate on-board can checking at for https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UmxkYlYru1BFEvoicdhS7KIO1Ld2zkLTCCtklJLoKD4/edit for details.

IMO and I hope you both find some usable plan @YanTirta and @cardanoz I think for overall proposals major steps we should provide clearly tasks in Excel files, so anyone pick the tasks please sign the name down and if not one pick up, then we can do in routine or at least the other Team member knows the major tasks are share equally and fairly.

  1. Proposals writing and engagement members/groups
  2. Proposals submission and care taking during QA if any questions from communities, etc answering ideascale for instance
  3. Proposals Flagging, if any
  4. Proposals on-boarding.
