cable_types_mod.F90
In params/ directry in CABLE-3.0. This is a subset of cable_define_types.F90.
Mostly the header which defines things like #soil levels. The types defined
in cable_define_types are defined at the top level in JULES and passed to
CABLE thru the model - BUT these are eventually to be dissolved completely
to faciltate LFRIC and also implement a data structure in CABLE. The params
defied in cable_types_mod will be evaluated further, tidied up and claified,
dismissed and promoted to namelist stats where appropriate.

This should also be renamed.
