Add an integration test for chromium when generating PDF invoices

Currently, we are using the chromium binary to generate PDF invoices using headless chrome. Due to the rapid pace of chrome development, we should have an integration test to ensure our calls to headless chrome are valid for the most up-to-date version of chromium.
