Multiple short scenarios for pipeline

Following on from discussion #52 and PR #322 we should add this functionality to pipeline:

Steps

• Add scenario types to pipeline to specify the desired scenario. #325
• Overload make_Rt methods with these scenarios. #326
• A prefix method to simplify dispatch on pipeline type for saved data. #328
• Overload for make_tspan to dispatch on a rolling inference window. #330
• New layer function for pipeline to go over multiple scenarios. #348

Otherwise, the infrastructure is in place already.
