Duplicate person biography cleanup

In this view is (I think) all the people that had duplicate biographies from the dedupe process

When there was a duplicate biography, I kept one of them in the "Short Biography" field and put the other in the Notes field under "Bio from a duplicate record"

If we want both a short and long bio, or bios that will only show up in specific sections, we'll need to add a field.
