I've done a little looking and here is what I think is going on:
https://nebnewspapers.unl.edu/lccn/sn96080316/1882-05-15/ed-1/seq-3/ is a duplicate of page 2 and could be deleted; what currently shows as page 4 is really page 3; I suspect the same is true for https://nebnewspapers.unl.edu/lccn/sn96080316/1882-05-15/ed-1/seq-5/.
Once these two duplicate images are deleted, the paper should have only 8 pages

https://nebnewspapers.unl.edu/lccn/sn96080314/1893-02-01/ed-1/seq-17/ is a duplicate image as is https://nebnewspapers.unl.edu/lccn/sn96080314/1893-02-01/ed-1/seq-19/

This issue also appears to have some duplicate pages in it: https://nebnewspapers.unl.edu/lccn/sn96080316/1882-10-01/ed-1/

The good news is that I don't think we are missing any pages, we've just doubled (or, in some cases, tripled) up on images.

What's the next step at this point? Since those batches aren't at LoC, do we dump them, delete a few page refs / images, and then reimport them?
