Case messaging does not allow to like a comment without disrupting everyone #171

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A feature request. My case coordinator wrote things where I would want to send a like if we were on GitHub but because there is no like button (or support for a variety of reactions) I need to choose between either (a) disripting everyone — in my case 94 vendors — for a message like "good call!" or (b) remain silent and leave the coordinator in the unclear that they made a good move.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding a "like" or "reactions" feature would solve the problem described above^^.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Either just "like" (e.g. a hand with a thumb up) with a counter for how many users pushed it or "reactions" a la GitHub with other options like 🎉 or 🙏 .
