Add loading indicator when flipping between dashboards #144

When flipping between dashboards (e.g. going from the second dashboard at /dashboard2 to the first dashboard at /) there is a pause while the queries that populate the dashboard are executed. We should have a visual indicator that data is loading while these queries are being executed.
