How are folks handling limited rate agreements? With the No Surprises Act, there's been cases where plans are making limited agreements with non-par providers. These are typically not displaying in directories, but based on the language of the rule, sounds like they need to be included in the negotiated rate file. There are some difficulties with getting these providers included, but also we are unsure of the end user experience. These are providers that do not want to be in-network, and also for users of the files, it may be misleading.
