In the December batch of published files, some of the files that were published for BSCA stored the provider reference data in an external source. However, the URLs that were provided in the location field do not appear to be valid because they yield a 404 error.
One example of this, is the 2024-12_320_33B0_in-network-rates_01_of_29.json.gz in network file. I'm including a small sample of the provider groups & the problematic urls:
