Also having the same issue, unsure if this was the result of an update from Wine, Wayland, or my DE (KDE in this case) that could have caused this issue. I will say I'm on a 1060 3GB so I can only use the proprietary driver, what about you?

Same as well on Mint Cinnamon, it also doesn't show my GPU in the Performance section of Preferences and then just freezes.

Just open a game launcher of your preference (in this case Heroic), set the prefix to whatever prefix you did installed photoshop (make sure to set the correct installation prefix), change the Wine Version to the last Proton-GE release, put the photoshop.exeat the Select Executable section and then try again. The $HOME section must be changed to your /home/username/ directory. Example: /home/splash, /home/arch/, etc

How you must put it at heroic (replace the $HOME for you home directory
