Motivation behind the feature and what it will do

We would like to show historical data for elections, which is present in the old site.

Minimal Viable Product

• Allows full use of the Elections API
• Display election statistics from different elections
• Show the statistics in various charts

Code changes

• Adding an OpenAPI -> Angular generator
• Adding an npm script to automatically build the API services and interfaces
• Adding some sort of charting library to display results in a more visually pleasing way
