Add Split / Merge slot options

Adding a slot in the middle of a series is a bit tedious as you need to create the time gap first and then add the slot.

Having some sort of 'split this slot' option would make that a bit simpler

Likewise, A 'merge slots' option  would simplify some cases of deleting slots.
